- For a full concert ending around 9:00 p.m., do not book a connection that depends on reaching Ikebukuro in under one hour. A safer working allowance is 90 minutes from the announced end time to Ikebukuro when regulated exit and station queues are possible.
- Tokorozawa is the strongest late-finish base because the remaining rail journey is short and the station area has hotels and food. Ikebukuro is better only when Tokyo convenience matters more than the easiest return.

Luggage, payment, weather and connectivity
- Large luggage: do not take a suitcase to the gate. Belluna Dome has recently arranged event-specific ecbo cloak baggage storage, but this is announced per concert. Leave luggage at your hotel or a major transfer station unless your event has a current storage notice.
